Narrative writting

On one  bright sunny Saturday morning , it was really hot. Me and my friends AJ.F and Elizah planned to go to the  beach.  We all met at the beach and we were all

Shocked by the view. It was just full of rubbish ,  We all wonder how this happened but we remember what we learned ofn school. We learned about

Our environment and Plastic. We all knew that plastic was so light that it could fly away and land anywhere like here the Pt England Beach.

“This is a big problem” said Elizah

“There is a lot of rubbish for only us to pick up we need more back” replied  AJ.f

The three boys didn’t want the sea creatures to eat the plastic and choke on it

Because they will all die. They called everyone they had  on contact with a

Rush. Which everyone said no but until they said they will buy a feed right after

They clean all the rubbish. Everyone had a really quick answer YES.

  TO BE CONTINUED

Tongan History

                                            Why do Tongan's wear a carpet ?
The Things Tongans wear on  are Ta 'ovala, it used to wear it in special  occasions
like Birthdays, weddings and Funereal. The more torn up and old it is the better.
Every Tongan parents wear it all time go somewhere like a  special  occasions,
In my culture it is really important and Famous thing to wear. It is a really great
simple of Respect and Kindness.

It all started when a group of Tongan's arrived at Tonga on boat, but their clothes
looked a little weird they were proud Tongan's so they cut of their sail of their boat
and wrapped it around his Waist. That is were it all started. Why they wear the Tongan
Mat.

Water Cycle

Task description: Hello this my literacy task for this week. This task is about
the water cycle. What i learned about the water cycle is that there are three
step of the water cycle the most step is evaporation.

Evaporation is when liquid like water in rain, rivers, lakes, and seas floats
up into the sky.  The 2nd step is sublimation when dust, gas and the liquids
get together and it turns into a cloud which is called condensation.
They it ruins or snows which is called precipitation when the clouds can't
hold anymore liquid it ruins or snows. That is the water cycle.

DRAWING A POPPY

Drawing  a Poppy

Make It:
Take some time to think about the materials you have in your own house
(or even outside!). What could you gather together to make your very own
poppy to display for Anzac Day this weekend? Could you use materials from
your recycling bin? Bake a biscuit or cake in the shape of a poppy and
decorate it? Draw/paint a poppy on your footpath with sidewalk chalk/paint?
Play dough? Random craft materials found in your home?

Write It:
Take time while you are creating your poppy to film yourself if you want so you
can watch it while you do your writing. You could even do a screencastify
describing your steps (after you have written them) to include with your video
on your blog.

Materials Used:
(List the materials you used here)

Instructions:
  1. Get a piece of paper
  2. Draw
  3. Show

Hello my name is Fonua as we all know Anzac Day is near on Friday the 25th of April as you can on the top is a picture of a poopy and what Anzac stands for it stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps.
It was kind of an easy drawing. I really like this drawing because it reminds me that I don't suck at drawing. I am OK at drawing. Anzac Day is a Day to remember all that fought for NZ In the war in 1915. Most people died and some people came back with minor injuries  and some came back without a scratch. The whole of New Zealand are proud of all of them.

protecting the whole of New Zealand. I hope you get my letter.

Dear Furtue Me

Current date Friday 17th of April 2020

Dear Future Me, I know that I have bad decisions and  that I would like to change and I know
that I will always remember all the mistakes that I have made in the past. I know that in the
future I will be a responsible, reliable and respectful 21 year old boy. I will always be thankful
for all the things that my parents and family have done for me. I will always remember the kind
and loving things that my family have done. This will be possible without God. He is the reason
we are still here today.

As you know we are on lockdown because Covid-19 luckily none of my family members and
neighbours caught the virus. I am so happy that my mum has not  gotten it because she is
the most at risk in your family because he works everyday as a health worker but she takes
one day off a week so I also do things for my mum so she doesn't get tired of us not doing
things. Covid 19 has affected the whole of New Zealand but not only New Zealand the whole
world but some countries are really lucky. The prime minister has made a great decision by
putting a lockdown. I am having really fun at home. So we all would be able to go back to
school.

The first thing i would like to do when lockdown is over i will want to go to McDonald and KFC
because i have not eaten junk food in a long time and i think that my 21 year old self would
agree with me and after all. I will go to school and do some more work to get better at all
subjects, all to play touch with my friends. What would you do after the lockdown is down and
dusted ?

Right now is week 4 of the lockdown. I really miss my friends and teacher. I really want to go
to school right now but we are still under lockdown. I don’t know when I will go back to school.
I hope everyone is having a fun lockdown.

Task description: hello this weeks writing task is about writting a letter in my 21 year old self
and what is happening right now. i thank all my teacher that made home learning possible
thank you.

As you can see above is the map of lofanga on the bottom right is the
Ha’apai group and as you can see the red mark is the small island of lofanga.

used to live in the City called Nukuʻalofa for 6 years before he came to NZ. Did you
know that Nuku’alofa is the capital city of tonga. Nuku’alofa has a population of
22,400 people. in Tonga lot’s of things are expensive so we fill a Big wooden Box with
food and products that they need in tonga and Ship onto a ship to send to tonga and they
go and pick it up. We will always send one when someone close to us will come to NZ.
The king of tonga  lives in the capital city nuku'alofa and I was really surprised when he
told me that he saw the king and he showed me the picture. He loves Tonga, and that is
my Dad.
On the top is the big island that my dad lived in when he was young and where the red
star is the city where my dad lived and on the bottom is the map of Nukualofa and on
